What happens after you send a message
I get back to you within one business day. That first reply comes with a scope estimate, a ballpark price and a timeline, no strings attached. If a project turns out not to be a fit for me, I'll tell you right away and point you somewhere better.
What to put in your first message
It helps most to know what your business does, whether you already have a site, what you want a visitor to do once they land on it, and your deadline. If there's a site whose look you like, send the link along. That's enough for me to give it a real estimate.
Where I work from
I'm based in Belgrade, working with clients across Serbia and abroad. The whole process runs remotely, from the first call to launch, so location changes neither the timeline nor the price. If you'd rather meet in person, that's easy to arrange in Belgrade.
What it costs and how long it takes
Every project is quoted as one fixed price after a short call, never by the hour. A landing page takes about a week, a business site two to three, an online store three to five. If you want to see how that number gets put together before you write, there is a page for exactly that.
When I am not the right fit
I don't build WordPress sites and I don't take on work that amounts to patching somebody else's theme. I also turn down projects with no defined scope, where the brief gets decided as we go. If you need a team on call around the clock, an agency will serve you better. Better you know that now than three emails in.
