The problem
A global staffing firm wanted a fast site it fully owns, easy publishing for its services, and secure file uploads, without paying for a CMS.
How I fixed it
I productionized the site on Vercel and built custom tooling around it: a generator that publishes a page per service from one file, a secure upload path, and hardened hosting.
What I built
- A CSV-driven generator that builds a page per service from one file
- A serverless upload proxy that keeps the destination webhook secret server-side
- Member gating, plus strict security headers and caching
- Email obfuscation and a honeypot on the contact path
What it changed
- Services are easy to update, with no CMS bill
- Clients upload files securely, with no secrets exposed
- A fast, self-owned, hardened site
