The problem
A Belgrade chauffeur service serves three different audiences: local clients, international business travellers, and Chinese visitors. One language was never going to win all three.
How I fixed it
One site in Serbian, English, and Chinese, built on a translation pipeline where Serbian is the source of truth and the other two rebuild from it. Nothing drifts out of sync.
What I built
- A fully localized Serbian, English, and Chinese site of 42 pages
- An automated i18n pipeline: one source, deterministic English and Chinese builds
- Correct hreflang, plus localized SEO and structured data per language
- A serverless booking form with no backend to maintain
What it changed
- Reaches Chinese and international clients most local rivals ignore
- Ranks in the right language, with no duplicate content penalties
- Cost-effective to host, and effortless to keep in sync across three languages
