The problem
A Belgrade VIP chauffeur service needed to win three very different audiences (local Serbian clients, international business travellers, and Chinese visitors), but most transfer sites only speak one language.
How I fixed it
I delivered a single site in all three languages, built on a translation pipeline that keeps Serbian as the source of truth and rebuilds the English and Chinese versions from it, so the three never drift apart.
What I built
- A fully localized Serbian, English, and Chinese site of 42 pages
- An automated i18n pipeline: one source, deterministic English and Chinese builds
- Correct hreflang plus localized SEO and structured data for each language
- A serverless booking form with no backend to maintain
What it changed
- Reaches Chinese and international clients most local rivals ignore
- Shows up in search in the right language, with no duplicate-content penalties
- Cheap to host and effortless to keep in sync across all three languages
