Every project is quoted as a fixed price after one short call. Never by the hour.
Three things move the number: the page count, the integrations the site has to carry, and the deadline. Every quote includes design, code, the technical SEO groundwork and full handover. The code and the domain stay yours.

I do not use WordPress or bought themes. Every site is written from scratch, so there are no plugins that conflict, no monthly theme subscription, and no page that takes three seconds to load.
